Job Description
The Senior Account Executive (B2B) position is open to individuals with experience in B2B sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Account Management. Applicants should have experience working with stakeholders at various levels, possess sales and marketing skills, pipeline planning, and goal achievement, as well as strong communication, presentation, and clear solution-selling skills in a consultative selling approach.
Furthermore, applicants should be proficient in data management, timeline setting, and effective stakeholder planning. Experience in Human Resources (HR), Learning & Development (L&D), Workforce Development, Corporate Learning, or Organizational Development will be a strong advantage. Proficiency in Educational Technology (EdTech), HR Technology (HRTech), Software as a Service (SaaS), Corporate Training, or B2B solutions will be considered a plus.
Applicants should have excellent skills in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. They should be proactive, demonstrate ownership, and be committed to continuous professional development. Requirements
Experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Account Management.
Experience working with stakeholders at various levels.
Skills in sales and marketing, pipeline planning, and achieving targets.
Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly present solutions (Consultative Selling).
Proficiency in managing data, timelines, and stakeholder plans.
Experience in HR, L&D, Workforce Development, Corporate Learning, or Organizational Development.
Proficiency in EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, Corporate Training, or B2B solutions will be considered a plus.
