Job Description

The Senior Account Executive position is open to individuals with experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, client services, or enterprise account management. Applicants should understand the sales process, contract renewals, pipeline management, and existing customer base expansion. They should also possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions. Applicants should be capable of managing multiple clients, projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. An interest or understanding in human resources, personnel development, organizational learning, or organizational development is beneficial. Experience in EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, corporate training, or B2B solutions will be considered a plus. Experience in managing government clients or understanding government procurement processes will also be advantageous. Applicants should be proficient in CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. They should be proactive, possess a high sense of ownership, and be able to work effectively with both clients and internal teams. Requirements

Experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or Enterprise Account Management • Experience in managing corporate clients and building relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels • Understanding of the sales process, contract renewals, pipeline management, and existing account expansion • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; confident in communicating with corporate clients via email, phone, and meetings • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose solutions through consultative selling • Organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts, tasks, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously • Interest or understanding in HR, L&D, Workforce Development, Corporate Learning, or Organizational Development • Experience in EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, Corporate Training, or B2B Solutions will be a plus • Experience managing government clients, state-owned enterprises, or understanding government procurement processes, official documents, and coordination with government agencies will be a plus • Proficient in CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace • Proactive, high ownership, and able to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
