Business Learning Designer / Business Course Strategist

The Business Learning Designer / Business Course Strategist position is open to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Design, or curriculum development. Applicants must understand the principles of learning design (Instructional Design / LX Design). Candidates should have experience related to business, marketing, branding, leadership, or startups, as well as the ability to research, synthesize insights, and structure content effectively. Essential skills for this role include the ability to present and communicate complex topics in a simple, understandable manner, and a commitment to developing and improving learning processes. Additionally, experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Data Analytics, Python, SQL, No-code tools, or prior experience as an instructor will be considered a plus. Interested candidates can utilize various AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Notion AI in their work. Regarding benefits, the company offers a Hybrid Working policy to employees. The salary for this position ranges from 30,000 to 35,000 Baht per month.
