Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Thai.do, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. You must be at least 15 years old to use Thai.do. One person may not maintain more than one account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or service offers. You may not use the platform to spam, harass, or discriminate against other users. You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from Thai.do without written permission.
Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post (resumes, job listings, service descriptions). By posting content, you grant Thai.do a license to display it on the platform. Thai.do's branding, design, and code are our intellectual property.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be soft-deleted and permanently removed after 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
Thai.do is a platform connecting job seekers, employers, and service providers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or service quality. We are not liable for disputes between users. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
