The company is looking for a telesales representative, aged between 22 and 30 years old, with a Bachelor's degree, and female. Applicants should possess good communication and sales skills, enjoy talking, customer care, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. They must be proficient in using mobile phones and computers for work, and be able to work well in a team. They should be diligent, punctual, responsible for tasks and assigned KPIs, have good problem-solving skills, and be ready for continuous self-development. The main responsibilities of this position include selling products or services via telephone, customer care, and maintaining good customer relationships. Additionally, they must be able to learn new things quickly and continuously improve themselves. The company offers a salary between 15,000 to 50,000 Baht per month, along with various benefits such as overtime pay, social security, attendance bonus, payslip, per diem, transportation allowance, salary increases every 2 years, annual holidays, and various types of leave including New Year (5 days), Songkran (5 days), Labor Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Buddhist Lent Day, personal leave (6 days), vacation leave (7 days), sick leave (30 days), and maternity leave (90 days).
