CRM (Telesales)

The CRM (Telesales) position is open to applicants aged 25 and above, female (LGBTQ+ welcome). Applicants must have a high school diploma (M.6), vocational certificate (P.C.S.), or higher. Good communication skills are required, with the ability to speak clearly, express opinions confidently, and be responsible for assigned tasks. Additionally, applicants should be eager to learn, continuously develop themselves, and possess good problem-solving skills for immediate situations. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary between 12,000 to 25,000 Baht, along with social security and attendance bonuses. The primary duties of this position include contacting customers to introduce products and promotions, using persuasive speaking skills to motivate customers, and recording customer conversation data into the database.
