Sous Chef

The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in kitchen management, including food preparation, quality control, and maintaining order within the work area. Additionally, they may participate in menu planning, training kitchen staff, and managing ingredient inventory to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
