Head Sushi Chef

Position of Head Sushi Chef, based in Bangkok. The primary responsibility is to oversee the preparation and cooking of sushi to the highest standards, including managing the sushi kitchen, controlling ingredient quality, and training the sushi chef team to ensure customers receive an excellent dining experience. This role also includes creating new menu items, maintaining cleanliness of the workspace, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
