Job Description
The company is hiring. Daily compensation ranges from 363 to 372 Baht. Applicants must have at least a Primary School Grade 6 education and be able to work in shifts. Additionally, applicants must not be currently studying.
Employees will receive various benefits, including a meal allowance of 25 Baht per day and an additional 25 Baht per day for overtime meals. Shift allowances vary by shift time (A: 20 Baht, B: 30 Baht, C: 45 Baht, M: 25 Baht, N: 50 Baht, D: 0 Baht). There is also an attendance bonus of 350 Baht per period and a continuous work allowance of 500 Baht per period.
Furthermore, there is a Continuity Pay based on tenure: 400 Baht per period for 7 to less than 15 days of service, 450 Baht per period for 15 to less than 30 days of service, and 500 Baht per period for 30 days or more of service. There are also service year bonuses for employees who have completed 1, 2, and 3+ years of service, at rates of 150, 200, and 300 Baht per period, respectively.
Requirements
Education: Primary School Grade 6 or higher.
Able to work in shifts.
