The company is hiring. Compensation is 361 to 366 Baht per day. Applicants must be male, under 35 years old, with a high school diploma or vocational certificate ( ปวช. ) or higher in any field, and must have completed military conscription. Additionally, applicants must possess a car or motorcycle driver's license, have no metal implants in limbs, be able to work in shifts, and have no chronic illnesses. Company benefits include bonuses and assistance 3 times per year, free dormitory, free account opening, and free uniforms, including free employee shuttle service. After the first 6 months of employment, the daily wage will increase to 366 Baht. There is a diligence bonus of 700 Baht per month for employees with no absences, leaves, or lateness. Shift allowances are provided for morning, afternoon, late, and night shifts respectively. There is also a housing rental subsidy of 900 Baht per month, annual salary adjustments, and free lunch. An additional food allowance of 25 Baht per day is provided for overtime of 2 hours or more. The company offers an employee shuttle service, 6-8 days of annual leave, along with social security and accident insurance.
