Production Staff

The company is recruiting production staff with a daily wage of 372 Baht, which will be adjusted to 376 Baht per day after a 119-day probation period. Additionally, there is overtime pay starting at 69.75 Baht per hour, shift allowances of 45 and 60 Baht, and a housing allowance of 1,500 Baht per month, as well as attendance bonuses of 400, 800, or 1,200 Baht per month based on specified conditions. Those who pass the 119-day probation will receive a cost of living allowance of 800 Baht per month. The company provides free shuttle bus service for convenient travel to the factory at Pom 2, Pathum Thani. Applicant qualifications require male gender, aged between 18-39 years, with a minimum education of lower secondary school (Mathayom 3). Applicants must not have vision problems such as color blindness and must not be Hepatitis B carriers. Furthermore, applicants must not have visible tattoos outside of clothing and must have completed military service or military cadet training (Ror Dor).
