Factory Worker

This factory worker position is open to individuals aged 18 and above with at least a lower secondary education (Mathayom 3). Employees in this role will receive a minimum daily wage of 398 Baht. Employee benefits include a shift allowance of 110 Baht per day, a food allowance of 40 Baht per day, and special compensation for specific tasks such as a camera inspection allowance of 20 Baht per day, a Soldering allowance of 20 Baht per day, a Press allowance of 20 Baht per day, and a chemical allowance varying daily between approximately 25-40 Baht. Additionally, there is a monthly attendance bonus of 800 or 1,000 Baht, uniform provision, and a payroll system that pays in installments on the 20th-21st of the month, with the remainder paid at the end of the month. Multiple shuttle bus routes are available to facilitate travel to the work site in Nawa Nakorn, Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani Province.
