Production Staff

Production staff will operate by standing and monitoring machinery and wearing designated work attire. They must be able to work in shifts and be physically healthy, capable of standing for extended periods. This position is open to females, males, and tomboys aged 18 to 49, with a possible extension of 3 months beyond the age limit. Additional requirements include no visible tattoos outside of clothing and no prior endoscopy. Applicants must have a minimum education level of Matthayom 3 (Grade 9). The compensation for this position is 357 Baht per day. Additionally, there are other benefits and compensation such as a food allowance of 33 Baht per day, a night shift allowance of 38 Baht per day, endoscopy allowance of 8-12 Baht, a 'Ki Yow' allowance of 10 Baht, and overtime (OT) pay of 167.35 Baht per day. This also includes attendance bonuses of 600, 800, or 1,000 Baht per month, a 1,000 Baht assistance fund, social security, and a provident fund. The average income is approximately 8,500 - 10,000 Baht per week. Salary payments are made on the 10th and 25th of each month. The company provides free transportation and free uniforms to employees, with no application fees or health check-ups required. The work location is at Rojana, Uthai, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.
