WH Department Staff

WH Department Staff will perform duties related to the sorting of copper wires, responsible for the daily operational processes of the department. Employees must be male, between the ages of 20 and 40, and have completed at least Matthayom 3 (Grade 9). Applicants must not have chemical allergies, be able to commute to work independently as the company does not provide transportation, and be available for overtime and early shifts at all times. Regarding compensation, employees will receive a minimum wage of 357 Baht per day. Benefits provided by the company include overtime pay at 1.5 times the rate of 66.94 Baht per hour, 2 times the rate of 89.25 Baht per hour, and 3 times the rate of 133.88 Baht per hour. Additionally, there is a food allowance of 50 Baht per day, a travel allowance of 30 Baht per day, and a chemical allowance of 60 Baht per day. Attendance bonuses range from 300, 400, or 500 Baht per month. Salary is paid on the 10th of each month, with the option to request an advance on the 25th. Employees are entitled to 6 days of annual leave per year. The work location is at Rojana, Uthai, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.
