Vegetable Factory Foreman

This Vegetable Factory Foreman position is located in Krasaesin District, Songkhla Province. The employee will work in a physically demanding environment, requiring good health, the ability to lift heavy objects, and no fear of hard work. Interested candidates must be between 40 and 60 years old and reside in Singhanakhon District or nearby areas of Khao Khiao/Hua Khao Hotel, or be willing to relocate closer to the workplace. The primary responsibilities of this position include managing and supervising workers in the vegetable factory, communicating instructions, and performing assigned tasks. Applicants should be literate, communicate well in Thai, have basic numeracy skills, and be able to use social media, especially the Line application. Additionally, they must be able to work well with others, be patient, open to feedback, and not selfish. Essential qualifications for this position include being able to drive a car and possessing a driver's license. Furthermore, overtime (OT) benefits are provided to employees.

Male or Female, good health, able to lift heavy objects, no obstacles to work, age 40-60 years, residing in Singhanakhon District or near Khao Khiao/Hua Khao Hotel, or able to relocate near the workplace.
