Packaging Team Assistant Leader

The Packaging Team Assistant Leader position requires a candidate with a Vocational Certificate ( ปวส. ) or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Factory Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, or Metal Welding. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience working with Seamer or Sealer machines, be able to work in shifts, possess a high sense of responsibility, and have good teamwork skills. Key responsibilities include supporting the team leader in managing the packaging team, overseeing the operation of related machinery and equipment such as pneumatic systems, reading blueprints, machine maintenance, and basic repair, including troubleshooting machine issues on-site, working according to safety standards, and applying TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles.
