Production Staff

The company is recruiting production staff. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Successful candidates will be permanent employees from the first day of work, receiving a daily wage of 400 to 755 Baht, paid every two weeks on a Friday-off-Friday basis. Additionally, there is a night shift allowance of 89 Baht and a morning shift allowance of 21 Baht, as well as a tiered attendance bonus of 250, 400, or 800 Baht per month. Benefits for production staff include an end-of-year bonus and annual salary adjustments, plus an annual bonus of 1-2 months based on tenure, and quarterly employee profit-sharing bonuses. There is group health insurance and family medical expenses coverage of 12,000 Baht per year. Shuttle bus services are available on multiple routes. Work is performed in an air-conditioned environment, with trainers and buddies providing close guidance. The workplace is located in Lak Si, Thanyaburi, Pathum Thani.
