Production Staff

The company is hiring production staff aged 21 to 35. Applicants must have at least a lower secondary education, be proficient in computer use, and have no tattoos larger than the palm of a hand. The company offers a base salary of 357 Baht per day, with immediate permanent employment without examination. Work involves 5 days of work and 1 day off, with shift rotation every 2 weeks. The morning shift is from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and the night shift is from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM. Both shifts include 3 hours of overtime per day. Additionally, there is overtime pay for working on holidays at rates of 1.5, 2, and 3 times the normal rate, plus a shift allowance of 50 Baht per day and a night shift meal allowance of 50 Baht. Employees will receive 2 free meals (lunch and dinner) per day, along with attendance bonuses of 600-1,000 Baht per month and a cost of living allowance of 700 Baht per month. Salary is paid on the 30th of every month. Other benefits include immediate permanent employment for good performance, social security, and other legal benefits. Shuttle bus services are available on multiple routes, including Nakhon Luang, Phachi, Phak Hai, Nakhon Ban, Pa Mok, Rangsit, and Sena. The workplace is located in the Rojana, Navanakorn, Wang Noi, and Thanyaburi districts of Pathum Thani Province.
