Production Staff

The company is hiring Production Staff. Male, aged 18 years and above. Must have completed military service or ROTC training, have no visual impairments such as color blindness, no metal implants in bones, no ear piercings, and no visible tattoos outside of clothing. Applicants should meet the specified qualifications to join our team. Production Staff will be responsible for various production processes and will receive a daily wage of 372 Baht. Additionally, there are supplementary benefits such as an afternoon shift allowance of 20 Baht per day, a night shift allowance of 40 Baht per day, and overtime pay at 1.5 times the rate, calculated at 69.75 Baht per hour. Employees meeting the criteria will receive attendance bonuses ranging from 500 to 1,000 Baht per month. The company provides free rice and uniforms, as well as an annual bonus, health check-ups, health insurance, and life insurance. There are also opportunities for conversion to permanent employee status based on company conditions. Furthermore, a shuttle bus service for employees covers areas including Rangsit, Thanyaburi, and Pathum Thani Province.
