Assembly Department Staff

The company is hiring Assembly Department staff with attractive benefits such as an advance payment of up to 3,XXX Baht per week, staff shuttle bus service, and a daily wage of 372 Baht, plus overtime (OT) at 1.5x rate of 69.75 Baht per hour, available daily. Additionally, there is a food allowance of 20 Baht per day and an OT food allowance of 20 Baht on normal working days. For night shifts, a night shift allowance of 60 Baht is provided, along with a night shift food allowance of 10 Baht and an OT food allowance of 10 Baht for working overtime on holidays, including a 100 Baht allowance for early morning overtime. Staff will receive a daily attendance bonus of 20 Baht per day and a skill allowance of 10 Baht for the painting and welding departments. There is also a holiday attendance bonus of 10 Baht and a monthly attendance bonus ranging from 500-700 Baht per month. Salary is processed on a cut-off basis every 21st and paid within the following month. The company operates on a Saturday-off-every-other-Saturday schedule, with OT at 2x and 3x rates. Applicant qualifications: For the painting department, males must have a minimum of Matthayom 3 (Grade 9) education, while females must have a minimum of Matthayom 6 (Grade 12) education and be computer literate. For the electrical and assembly departments, a minimum of Matthayom 6 (Grade 12) education is required. Applicants must not smoke, have no tattoos, possess work experience, and have completed military conscription, providing only military service documents Sor. Por. 8 or Sor. Por. 43. This position is located in Nawa Nakorn, Thanyaburi, Pathum Thani Province, with a salary range of 17,000 to 20,000 Baht per month.
