Production Staff

The company offers compensation for the Production Staff position as a daily wage of 362 Baht, with a food allowance of 45 Baht per day, and a shift allowance of 70 to 100 Baht. Additionally, there is a food allowance of 80 Baht for those working overtime, including an anti-shift allowance of 40 Baht per day. Employees will receive a diligence bonus of up to 1,000 Baht per month and a performance bonus of up to 4,000 Baht.
