Job Description
Production Line Staff position in Saraburi, Phra Phutthabat. Responsible for operating on the production line. Applicants must have at least a lower secondary education (Mathayom 3). The salary for this position ranges from 18,000 to 25,000 Baht per month, calculated from a daily wage of 362 Baht plus a shift allowance of 70-100 Baht per day.
Successful candidates will receive additional benefits such as a travel allowance of 40 Baht per day, a meal allowance of 45 Baht per day, and an overtime meal allowance of 35 Baht per day. Additionally, there is a language allowance of 30 Baht per day and a performance bonus (KPI) from 0 to 4,000 Baht, including attendance bonuses from 600 to 1,000 Baht per month and an annual attendance bonus of 5,000 Baht per year. The company provides transportation for interviews, free health check-ups, and free Kasikornbank account opening. Employees can dress in their own style as there are no uniform requirements, and there are opportunities for conversion to permanent staff.
