Production Staff

This position is open for production staff in the Saraburi, Bang Pa-in, and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya areas. Work will be in morning and night shifts, alternating every two weeks. Working days are Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off. The company provides a shuttle bus service for employees. The main responsibilities of this role include assembly, machine operation, and product packing. Applicants must have a minimum educational qualification of Matthayom 3 (or equivalent) and be at least 18 years old. Regarding compensation, employees will receive a basic wage of 362 Baht per day, plus overtime pay of 135.75 Baht per day. Additionally, there is a meal allowance of 45 Baht per day and an overtime meal allowance of 35 Baht per day, along with a travel allowance of 40 Baht per day and a night shift allowance of 70 to 100 Baht per day. There is also an opportunity to receive performance-based pay (KPI) ranging from 0 to 4,000 Baht per month and attendance bonuses ranging from 600 to 1,000 Baht per month.
