Production Staff

The company is recruiting production staff. Applicants must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma (M.6) or equivalent. Gender is not a restriction for application. The responsibilities of production staff involve performing various production processes within the factory, which may include operating machinery, inspecting product quality, and maintaining the tidiness of the work area to ensure production meets specified standards. Regarding compensation, staff will receive a minimum wage of 362 Baht per day, plus shift allowance of 70-100 Baht per day, travel allowance of 40 Baht per day, and food allowance of 45 Baht per day. Overtime work will receive an additional overtime meal allowance of 35 Baht per day. There is also an opportunity to receive a language allowance of 30 Baht per day and performance pay (KPI) ranging from 0 to 4,000 Baht, including an annual attendance bonus of 5,000 Baht per year. This position is located in Saraburi, Bang Pa-in, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.
