Electronic Parts Production Staff

Electronic Parts Production Staff position is open for both male and female applicants. Applicants must have a lower secondary education (M.3) and be between 21 and 28 years old. Male applicants must have completed military service. Applicants must not have visible tattoos outside of clothing and must not have pierced ears. Successful candidates must be able to work overtime and in shifts, with at least 6 months of experience in machine operation and parts assembly. Applicants must prepare 2 copies of application documents and 2 photos. Benefits include a night shift allowance of 100 Baht/day, a meal allowance of 40 Baht/day, and an overtime meal allowance of 40 Baht/day. There is also a transportation allowance of 10 Baht/day for using the company shuttle bus, or travel expenses based on distance if using a private vehicle. Other benefits include attendance bonuses ranging from 600 to 1,000 Baht/month, a special attendance bonus of 1,500 Baht every 3 months, an incentive of 1,400 Baht/month, and special New Year and Songkran bonuses of 7,500 Baht/month. Employees will receive bonuses twice a year and are eligible for advances up to 2,000 Baht/month. There is also an annual bonus. Essential skills for this position include electronic parts assembly, machine operation, microscopy, and automotive parts assembly.
