Production Staff (Motor Production)

Production Staff position (Motor Production) is open for male, female, and LGBTQ+ individuals aged between 18 and 40 years. Applicants must have an educational qualification of at least Primary School Level 6 and a height of 150 cm or more. The company considers applicants with visible tattoos outside of clothing. Starting compensation is 377 Baht per day, with additional benefits such as overtime pay of 70.68 Baht per day for 1.5 hours, night shift allowance of 60 Baht per day, and meal allowance for the night shift of 40 Baht per day. Additionally, there is a heat allowance for some departments ranging from 50 to 100 Baht per day, and attendance bonuses of 400, 500, or 600 Baht per month. The company has a clear employment contract. Salary payments are processed on the 15th and end of each month via bank transfer, along with a shuttle service for employees' convenience.
