Production Staff

The company is hiring Production Staff with a daily wage of 372 Baht. Applicants must be male, at least 165 cm tall, and weigh no more than 80 kg. Educational qualifications range from lower secondary education to vocational certificates. Those with lower secondary education must have prior automotive experience. Benefits provided to production staff include free breakfast and one additional meal per day. The company also offers a shuttle bus service for employees, monthly attendance bonuses of 90, 180, or 300 Baht depending on conditions, performance-based bonuses, and other special payments. For overtime work, OT is calculated at an additional 83 Baht per hour for work exceeding 1 hour, and a travel allowance of 150 Baht per night is provided for night shifts.
