Production Staff

The company is hiring Production Staff with an initial compensation rate of 372 Baht per day. Applicants must be male, 18 years or older, and have at least a primary school education (Grade 6). Additionally, applicants must be able to lift heavy objects and possess the ability to work under pressure, be enthusiastic, patient, and responsible for assigned tasks. Benefits for this position include overtime pay at 1.5 times the rate, amounting to 79.71 Baht per hour, shift allowance (afternoon/night) of 60 Baht per day, and a diligence bonus of up to 800 Baht per month. Free plain rice is provided for the morning shift, along with social security and life insurance. The company offers financial assistance for weddings, ordinations, and funerals, as well as annual leave, special personal leave, and provides free uniforms and safety shoes. Employees will receive bonuses based on company performance and have annual holidays.
