The company is hiring a large number of employees with an initial compensation rate of 357 Baht per day. Applicants must be between 18 and 45 years old and have an educational qualification of at least Primary School Level 6. The company accepts individuals who have not yet completed military service and those who can work in shifts, including overtime. Benefits provided by the company include a night shift allowance of 70 Baht per day, a transportation allowance of 10-15 Baht per day, and a monthly attendance bonus of 950 Baht. Additionally, employees will receive 2 free meals of plain rice per day and 2 free work uniforms. After completing 4 months of employment, the company will reimburse the cost of health check-ups and safety shoes.
