Production Department

The company is hiring production department staff with an initial compensation rate of 372 Baht per day. Applicants must be in good health, able to work overtime and in shifts. Those without company transportation must commute to work themselves. Applicant qualifications include: all genders, junior high school (M.3) education or equivalent from the Non-Formal Education (กศน.). Benefits provided by the company include overtime pay (OT) at 69.75 Baht per hour and 2.5 cm of OT per day. Additionally, there is a night shift allowance of 50 Baht per day, a meal allowance of 50 Baht per day, and an overtime meal allowance of 25 Baht per day. The company offers an attendance bonus of 500 Baht per month and opportunities for permanent employment, including an annual bonus based on company performance. There is also a benefit for advance salary withdrawal of 5,000 Baht on the 25th of each month and accident insurance coverage of 120,000 Baht.
