Production Staff

The company is hiring Production Staff. Male, aged 18-40, with a minimum education of Lower Secondary School (Mathayom 3). Applicants must be able to work in shifts and commute to work independently. Additionally, the company considers individuals with minor tattoos visible outside of clothing. Total income for Production Staff ranges from approximately 372 to 690 Baht per day, with a base wage of 372 Baht per day, plus a shift allowance of 50 Baht per day, food allowance of 500 Baht per month, and travel allowance of 500 Baht per month. Other benefits include 3 hours of BOT daily and attendance bonuses of 200, 500, or 700 Baht per month, depending on the number of days worked as scheduled. The company has a policy to convert employees to permanent staff upon successful evaluation. Salary is paid at the end of each month, with an advance payment service available on the 16th of every month. Interested candidates can utilize their skills in producing metal casting molds and plastic casting molds in their work.
