Production Staff

The company is hiring Production Staff. Applicants must have at least a lower secondary education and be able to work in shifts. Selected candidates must be diligent, patient, and dedicated to their work. Compensation includes a daily wage of 400 Baht, plus shift allowances of 40 Baht for morning shifts, 40 Baht for afternoon shifts, and 75 Baht for night shifts. Additionally, there is an attendance bonus ranging from 500 to 800 Baht per month and a monthly bonus from 400 to 2,000 Baht per month. The company provides free pre-employment and annual health check-ups, as well as free bank account opening and free uniforms. Furthermore, the company organizes recreational activities such as trips and New Year's parties, along with an annual bonus.
