Human Resources Officer

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for comprehensive human resource management, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration, personnel development, and labor law compliance. This role involves coordinating with various internal and external organizations. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience in Full-loop HR. Experience in factories or industrial settings will be a plus, as will experience in managing Work Permits and Visas for foreigners. Proficiency in English communication will be considered favorably, and knowledge of Mandarin Chinese will be an added advantage. Furthermore, applicants should possess knowledge of Thai labor law, payroll calculation, and social security, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HCM or SAP systems. This position is located in Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom, with a salary range of 30,000 - 45,000 Baht per month, along with social security and other company-specified benefits.

Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Full-loop HR. Factory/industrial experience is a plus. Experience managing Work Permits/Visas for foreigners is a plus. Good English communication skills (for working with foreigners). Mandarin Chinese communication skills are a plus. Knowledge of Thai labor law, payroll, and social security. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HCM/SAP.
