Human Resources Officer

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for communicating with a large number of job applicants via phone and chat channels, as well as creating data tables and summarizing figures using spreadsheets. Additionally, they must be meticulous in managing documents and financial amounts, and be able to use AI to assist in work and verify the accuracy of results. Those in this position must have basic knowledge of labor laws and social security, and be able to travel to provincial branches occasionally. Applicants should have 0 to 2 years of experience in human resources, and new graduates who are eager to learn are welcome. Applicants should have accurate calculation abilities, be meticulous in managing employee data, and strictly maintain data confidentiality. Experience in HR across various types of businesses or service industries, including experience in payroll or using HR management systems, will be considered a plus. Furthermore, applicants should be able to create simple job advertisement materials, such as using Canva or making short clips, and must be able to drive a car with a valid driver's license. This position is located in Nakhon Pathom and Ratchaburi provinces, Nakhon Pathom city, with a salary range of 15,000 to 18,000 Baht per month.
