Recruitment Specialist

The company is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join the team. Candidates should possess suitable qualifications for the position and be capable of efficiently managing recruitment processes. The selected individual will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from defining qualifications, advertising openings, screening applications, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to ensure the acquisition of high-quality personnel aligned with organizational needs. Additionally, they will coordinate with various departments to understand staffing requirements and execute the hiring process in accordance with company policy. The salary for this position ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 Baht per month, with the work location in Khon Kaen Province.
