Area Manager

The company offers annual benefits such as bonuses and salary increases, provident funds, position allowances, and commissions for certain positions. This Area Manager position offers a salary between 35,000 to 50,000 Baht per month. Applicants must have experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, Cluster Manager, or equivalent, particularly direct experience managing multiple branches in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. This includes experience managing and developing Store Managers or Branch Managers. The candidate must be capable of managing sales, KPIs, and branch performance, understand operations and cost control, possess leadership qualities, be decisive, and be able to effectively resolve on-site issues. Applicants must be able to travel to inspect branches and work in the Northeastern region (Nakhon Ratchasima, Chaiyaphum, Buriram, Surin, Ubon Ratchathani, Mukdahan, Roi Et, Khon Kaen) and must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive.

Experience as an Area Manager / District Manager / Cluster Manager or equivalent. Must have direct experience managing multiple branches in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. Experience managing and developing Store Managers / Branch Managers. Ability to manage sales, KPIs, and branch performance. Understanding of Operations and cost control. Possess leadership qualities, decisiveness, and good problem-solving skills for on-site issues. Ability to travel to inspect branches and work in different provinces. Possess a driver's license and be able to drive.
