Barista

This position is located at the branch behind the university, next to the Khon Kaen Sub-Police Station. The employee will work 6 days a week, with days off not falling on Saturday or Sunday. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. There will be a probationary period before becoming a permanent employee, during which the daily wage will be 357 Baht. The main duties of a barista include preparing and brewing coffee drinks according to standards, as well as providing friendly and personable customer service. Applicants should be diligent, honest, willing to learn new things, and possess a good service attitude. Additionally, they must be able to lift heavy items, such as 20 kg bags of ice, and commute conveniently, with accommodation not exceeding 10 kilometers from the shop. Regarding compensation, employees will receive a starting salary of 11,000 Baht per month. Other benefits include conversion to permanent staff after the probationary period, a diligence bonus of 600 Baht per month, one complimentary drink from the shop per day, social security, sales commission with a minimum guarantee of 500 Baht per month, birthday gifts, public holidays, 9 days of annual leave, sick leave, and an annual company party, including a monthly party budget based on set criteria.
