Head Chef

A restaurant in Phuket is looking for an experienced Head Chef with strong kitchen management skills. Key responsibilities for this position include overseeing the work of the chef team, menu planning, ordering and controlling ingredient stock, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, and managing costs effectively. This also includes training and developing the skills of kitchen staff to ensure they are always ready.
