Responsibilities: • Plan and prepare menus that suit guest needs, nutritional restrictions, and villa standards. • Source and procure quality ingredients, ensuring availability for service. • Prepare, cook, and present food with high quality, attention to detail, and adherence to hygiene standards. • Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen. • Provide food and beverage service to villa owners and guests according to established service standards. • Prepare food and beverages for special occasions as per guest requests. • Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and proper storage of kitchen equipment and ingredient storage areas. • Support villa operations and perform other duties as assigned by the Villa Manager or Operations Department. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Chef or in a related culinary role. • Ability to plan menus, prepare, and cook dishes according to guest requirements. • Knowledge of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety. • Meticulous, with a focus on food quality, taste, and presentation. • Ability to effectively plan and manage ingredients. • Responsible, service-oriented, and a team player. • Flexible working hours and willingness to work according to guest needs. Preferred Qualifications (Will be a plus): • Experience working in a Luxury Villa, Hotel, or Resort, or as a Private Chef. • Experience in preparing and serving food to international guests. • Ability to create menus catering to specific Dietary Requirements / Food Restrictions. • Skills in preparing food for Special Occasions and Private Dining. • Proficient in English for work-related communication. • Immediate availability is a plus. VILLA BUTLER (MALE) ANDAAMAN Beach Villas is dedicated to providing exceptional service and a luxurious experience for our guests. We are looking for a service-minded, detail-oriented Villa Butler to join our team. Responsibilities: • Welcome, attend to, and facilitate guest stays from check-in to check-out according to villa service standards. • Address and respond to guest needs, inquiries, and special requests promptly and appropriately. • Provide food and beverage service, including setting up dining tables, areas, and related equipment. • Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and readiness of rooms, common areas, facilities, and the villa before service. • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen teams, and relevant departments for efficient guest service. • Arrange and prepare services as per guest requests, such as transportation, activities, spa, restaurants, and special services. • Record and report guest service-related information, complaints, significant incidents, and associated expenses. • Support the Villa Manager in managing and operating the villa as assigned. Qualifications: • Male, aged 25-35 years. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Service-oriented with a good personality, polite demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate in English and coordinate with guests. • Meticulous, responsible, and capable of handling on-the-spot problem-solving. • Able to work in a team and under pressure. • Flexible working hours and willingness to work according to the villa's schedule. Preferred Qualifications (Will be a plus): • Experience in Butler / Guest Service / Hospitality. • Experience working in a Luxury Villa, Hotel, or Resort. • Skills in Food & Beverage Service and table setting. • Good command of English for communicating with international guests. • Skills in attending to VIP guests and managing Special Requests.
