Experience
Provide documents support to sales team such as quotation, purchase order, project registration, delivery order and sales order. Coordinate with vendor to bill and receive the product. Summarise the meeting summary and presentation.
Responsible for cleaning the public area of the hotel as assigned with professional equipment and procedures. Participate in training and knowledge testing to develop the potential to work effectively in hotel's standards.
Classify the purchase order according to the country to be forwarded to the billing team. Check the accuracy of customer details, lawyer's working hours and bill amount to issue bills and send to client both by email and original documents by post. Assist lawyers and secretaries in using the 3E program to revise draft invoice information. Support colleagues to complete the assigned tasks ahead of schedule, such as preparing discount reports to increase convenience to create a billing.
Selling animals feed, equipment and provide product information as well as advice on choosing products that are suitable for animals.
