Job Description
The company is hiring Parcel Delivery Staff. Applicants must be 20 years or older and have their own motorcycle or car for work. Applicants should be familiar with local routes and possess qualities such as diligence, patience, honesty, and responsibility for assigned tasks.
The main duties of this position include delivering parcels to customers and collecting cash on delivery (COD). Additionally, staff must maintain parcels in good condition and provide professional customer service.
Regarding compensation, the company offers performance-based pay at a rate of 10 Baht per piece, along with a fuel and vehicle depreciation allowance of 7,500 Baht per month, and a support allowance (base pay) of 1,500 Baht per month.
