Building Maintenance Officer

The Building Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring the building is always in operational condition. This includes inspecting and maintaining the building's electrical and plumbing systems, as well as managing necessary spare parts and light bulbs for repairs. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing water and electricity meters, managing sufficient stock of maintenance spare parts, inspecting audiovisual, lighting, and sound systems for efficient operation, coordinating and supervising external contractors, managing building access (opening/closing), and handling potential emergencies.
