Technician

Technician position, open for male and female applicants aged between 22 and 45 years. Applicants must have an educational qualification of vocational certificate (PVS) or higher in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields. Experience in building maintenance will be an advantage. Additionally, applicants must have no criminal record or criminal cases. The main responsibilities of this position include maintenance and repair of equipment and common building facilities, as well as controlling the operation of various building amenities. The incumbent will be required to record utility consumption figures and supervise and inspect external contractors performing work.
