Building Technician

Building Technician position. Seeking applicants of all genders, aged 23-55 years. Must have a vocational certificate ( ปวช. ) or higher national diploma ( ปวส. ) in technical fields such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. Requires at least 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance. Applicants with a Level 1 Building Electrical License will be given special consideration. Those who can effectively solve problems on the spot and are eager to learn new tasks will also be considered. Selected candidates will receive a starting salary of 19,000 Baht per month, along with various benefits including a provident fund of 3,000 Baht per year, dental coverage, group life and health insurance, and both outpatient and inpatient accident insurance. Additionally, there is an annual bonus based on performance, 12 days of annual leave per year, and 5 days of personal leave per year. The primary responsibilities of this position involve the maintenance of various building systems, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and building machinery. Applicants should possess the knowledge and ability to perform the aforementioned tasks.
