Job Description
This position is responsible for managing the backend systems of the TikTok and Shopee platforms. Applicants must understand the rules, policies, and precautions of these platforms. Gender is not restricted, and age should be 20-30 years or older.
Key responsibilities include using the backend system to update product stock, add new product listings, and customize product details or images. Additionally, you will need to respond to customer chats, provide product information, and assist in resolving order-related issues, including managing the after-sales system, product claims, and processing refunds and returns.
