Job Description
We are seeking a Tenant Services Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Requires at least 3 years of experience in lease management and good English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is a plus. Experience with Power BI, marketing, or consumer goods sales will be considered an advantage.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, lease renewal negotiations, performance analysis, and financial reporting. This includes managing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to increase business revenue. The role also involves supporting the Senior Leasing Manager in coordinating with stakeholders, resolving tenant operational issues, and developing processes related to lease management and service delivery.
Compensation will be based on experience, with a monthly salary ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 Baht, plus opportunities for Renewal Income and Partnership Income. A passion for service is essential.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Leasing. Good English communication skills.
