TQM Insurance Broker Chanthaburi Branch is recruiting for an Office-based Telesales position. Job Details: Introduce insurance products or present insurance sales to company clients. Prepare customer database lists. Pre-employment training curriculum provided. Position is branch-based with no field work required. Working Hours: Monday-Saturday, closed all Sundays, alternate Saturdays off, and public holidays. Work hours 8:30-17:30. Qualifications: • Male-Female, age 20-35 years old • Education: Junior High School (M.3) or equivalent and above • Passionate about service work, excellent communication skills, and strong negotiation abilities • 1 guarantor required (Parent/Householder/Subdistrict Administrative Organization/District/Government Employee-State Enterprise Level 3/Private Employee with minimum salary 20,000 Baht) • Sign documents before starting work. No need to bring guarantor to the branch
