Technical Assistant Center

The Technical Assistant Center position is open for interested candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and be between 22 and 35 years old. Candidates with experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, IT Support, Call Center, or Customer Service will be given special consideration. Applicants should have basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networks, as well as proficiency in using computers and basic programs such as MS Office. The main responsibilities of this position involve providing technical support to users.
