Store Manager

Store Manager position. Seeking individuals who can work well under pressure, are disciplined, highly responsible, and punctual. Additionally, candidates should be creative and capable of effectively driving sales. Responsibilities for this role include sales, new line activations, customer care, Competency and KPI assessment, sales and service operations, issuing receipts, process execution, sales driving, and team management. Store managers will receive commission, with the condition that the more they sell, the more they earn, and a special bonus of 5,000 Baht when sales targets are met. The salary for this position ranges from 3,000 to 30,000 Baht per month.
