Piece-Rate Employee SPT CDC

The company is recruiting Piece-Rate Employees for SPT CDC with a monthly salary ranging from 12,000 to 30,000 Baht. Applicants must be 18 years or older, any gender, capable of delivering parcels, and have a good understanding of routes. Priority will be given to those residing in the area and owning a private vehicle. Applicants should have experience in parcel delivery, including skills in riding motorcycles, driving cars, or pickup trucks, and be very familiar with the routes to perform duties effectively. Application documents include a copy of the ID card, house registration, driver's license, vehicle registration, and guarantor's documents. Benefits provided by the company include a daily allowance of 300 Baht, attendance bonus for employees with no late arrivals, per-piece commission, bonuses and target rewards, as well as phone and fuel allowances. Additionally, there are commissions and KPI rewards to incentivize work.
